RETURN INFORMATION:

All Returns MUST be pre-authorized.
Please call Customer Service at (732) 576-1500 Tuesday - Thursday 12pm-4pm EST before returning merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in their original packages/cellophane wrappers.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
The following fees apply to all return merchandise: There will be a 15% restocking charge and there will be no refund of shipping costs.
Processing of your return or exchange will be delayed if you do not follow the return instructions completely.
